Accounts and Admin Assistant

Ageing Asia is currently offering an Accounts and Admin Assistant position. We focus on developing industry programmes that have a social and economic agenda by creating iconic B2B platforms that look at transforming social challenges into business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Issue sales invoices and monitor incoming payments
  • Responsible for weekly sales report update
  • Manage registrations and payment
  • Manage supplier invoices 
  • Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents and handle document storage
  • Responsible for general office upkeep, purchases and reception
  • Maintain of office machinery and liaison with office equipment suppliers
  • Other general office admin duties

Requirements

  • Good working attitude and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Independent with a high attention to details
  • Customer service focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of accounts system and platforms would be an advantage
  • Good level of organisational and time management skills
